Cancellation Policy

By enrolling in any class, camp, workshop, or program at Resonate, students (and parents/guardians if under 18) agree to the following terms, procedures, and behavioral standards. These policies support a safe, respectful, and inspiring environment. ✅ 1. Booking, Attendance & Cancellations • All sessions must be booked in advance. • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before start time; late cancellations may not be refunded. • Medical emergencies are exempt—please notify us ASAP. • Repeated lateness or unnotified absences may affect performance eligibility or lead to review. 👕 2. Dress Code & Footwear • Wear appropriate movement attire. • Only clean dance shoes, trainers, or bare feet allowed. No outdoor shoes. • Hair must be tied back; no large jewellery or loose items. 🧠 3. Health, Safety & Medical Disclosure • Follow all staff instructions and stay aware. • Disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies. • Participation is at your own risk; Resonate is not liable for accidents. • Inform staff immediately if unwell or injured. 🤝 4. Conduct & Respect • Respect and professionalism are expected from all. • Disrespect, gossip, foul language, aggression, or bullying (in-person or digital) will lead to disciplinary action. • Follow directions and avoid disruptions. 📲 5. Personal Property & Devices • Phones must be silent and away unless directed otherwise. • Resonate is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. • Store bags neatly during class. 📸 6. Media Usage & Consent • Classes may be photographed/filmed for internal or promotional use (e.g., WhatsApp groups, social media). • To opt out, notify us in writing—we’ll do our best to accommodate. ⚠️ 7. Penalty Strike System 🟡 Strike One: Verbal/written warning, documented. 🟠 Strike Two: Formal meeting, potential loss of privileges, possible service task. 🔴 Strike Three: Suspension or review for dismissal. 🚫 Immediate Dismissal may occur for: • Bullying, threats, violence, unsafe behavior, theft, discrimination, major disruptions, or repeated defiance. No refunds will be issued for dismissal due to misconduct. 🔁 8. Strike Removal • Strikes may be removed after 90 days of positive behaviour upon written request and approval. 📝 9. Final Acknowledgment By participating, you confirm that you: • Have read and understood these policies • Agree to follow all rules and expectations • Accept the Strike System terms • Consent to media use or have submitted a written opt-out
